Schools are out, skate parks are filling up and Summer vacations are turning from Spring dreams into reality…Ipath fans will know the Locust has been one of the standouts in the mid-top crowd for several seasons. We’ve already covered some of the original colorways and here’s a new charcoal/black/aqua version just in time for those hot and sticky Summer sessions. You simply cant go wrong with an aqua colorway to cool things off!

With Earth Day coming up next week, we thought we’d give good old mother earth some love. What better way than with some hemp kicks from Ipath’s Spring 09 collection. San Francisco’s own IPATH has been dropping mid-tops since the brand first came out in 1999 and the current crop is no exception. Hitting retail this month are new colorways of the Locust and Grasshopper.
The new Locusts come in either 100% leather or leather/suede options, while the Grasshopper is now available in either full-leather or an eco-friendly hemp construction. Regardless of what you cop, each of these shoes has triple stitch construction in the ollie and toe areas, ankle support straps and secret stash pockets under the tongues to keep whatever you need stashing stashed.
